Project: Silverlake, Los Angeles
Info: Mid century modern renovation of a tired Silverlake townhouse undertaken last year and one which added considerable value to this classic property situated in a well known celebrity neighbourhood.
Project included opening up the existing three closed up living rooms to a huge open concept area and installed two master suites below. We then finished the property throughout to modern mid century design standards, without compromising the integrity of the original architecture.
