Contemporary Apartment

Location: Broadway Market, Hackney, London.

Project: Complete refurbishment and modernisation of a 1960's property.

Stripping the apartment back to its concrete shell wedropped the ceilings in order to run new electrics, install down lighters and reconfigured the internal layout. A second en-suite bathroom was added and the kitchen knocked through to open up the property and make the most of its natural light.

The project was turned around in under two months on a very tight budget.
